We offer exchange in case of size issues or if you receive a damaged product.

To request an exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details.

A parcel opening video is mandatory to claim any damage or issue.

Customers are required to bear the shipping charges for exchange.

All exchange requests and processing will be handled through WhatsApp.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact.

Nayu Closet reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests based on the condition of the product.
