Return & Refund Policy – Nayu Closet

We accept returns through WhatsApp. To initiate a return, please contact us on our WhatsApp number with your order details.

Customers are required to courier the product back to us at the address provided after return approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total amount paid.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact to be eligible for return.

Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be processed accordingly.
